Event: online information and advice, Birmingham 18 June

Posted on 26 May 2015 (Permalink)

Content will include feedback on the research and the 'mystery shopping' we have been doing on all WM authorities' online I&A activity, including directories, marketplaces, PA registers, and self-assessment. Socitm will be presenting the wider research it does on the performance and usability of council websites including social care pages. Other issues on the agenda will include measuring take up and customer satisfaction. There will also be an opportunity to discuss syndication of content (eg from NHS Choices) and contracting with external suppliers.
